HOPE IS NOT DEAD — IT IS RISING

In these defining moments of our nation’s history, one truth must guide our hearts:
Hope is not dead. It is rising.
Rising through the resilience of our people,
Rising through the strength of our communities,
And rising through the unwavering courage of our Armed Forces —
led with distinction by General Christopher Gwabin Musa, Chief of Defence Staff.
General Musa is more than a military officer —
He is a bridge-builder, a servant-leader, and a patriotic Nigerian deeply committed to the unity and security of our country.
From his command of Operation Hadin Kai in the Northeast to his current role at the helm of Nigeria’s defence architecture,
he has consistently demonstrated leadership anchored in professionalism, collaboration, and results.
Under his leadership, the Armed Forces of Nigeria have embraced a new era of coordination, discipline, and community engagement.
The doctrine of jointness among the Army, Navy, Air Force, and intelligence services is now more effective than ever.
Gone are the days of isolated operations — now, we have synergy, precision, and shared purpose.
Across troubled zones — from the North to the South — military operations are restoring confidence and reclaiming hope.
Territories once threatened by insurgents are being stabilized.
Communities once isolated by violence are reconnecting with the nation.
Farmers are returning to their fields.
Children are returning to school.
And citizens are beginning to believe again.
But for this hope to endure, we must all play our part.
The military is not a distant institution — it is our military, made up of our sons and daughters, brothers and sisters, friends and neighbors.
They are the ones on the frontlines — rain or shine, day or night — giving their all for a secure and united Nigeria.
This is a call to every Nigerian —
To rally behind our Armed Forces.
To support their mission with our prayers, our voices, and our partnership.
To promote peace in our communities and discourage all acts of sabotage, misinformation, and division.
General Musa’s leadership represents a renewed confidence in the Armed Forces —
rooted in national unity, professional ethics, and unwavering service to the Nigerian people.
Let us support him. Let us support our military.
Let us be united in hope, in purpose, and in our shared love for Nigeria.
Hope is not dead. It is rising.
Rising in every patrol that keeps our borders safe.
Rising in every handshake between soldiers and citizens.
Rising in every Nigerian who chooses peace over fear.
Together, with courage and unity, we will secure Nigeria.
Together, with faith and sacrifice, we will build a stronger nation.
